2009 AGM Friday 9th October 2009

The evening was kicked off with the standing Chairman - Derek Wall, presenting donations to the various local good causes. Below is a group photo:

Following the presentations the AGM commenced.

Standing down from the committee were Derek Wall, Marian Wall and Lisa Griffiths - we send them our great thanks for all their work and time spend over many years in helping put on our wonderful day. We will miss you, and hope you join us in a social ways in the future.

Accounts - full viewing of the financial status of the carnival was available and an abridged version was reviewed and discussed in the meeting. Although we have done well, there is a shortfall of funds for next years carnival so it is vital we fundraise throughout the next 8 months to reduce the gap.
